  • Sani-Touch Table Top: Designed for portability and ease of use, this model cleans up to 1,000 eggs per hour. It connects directly to a sink faucet and features manual temperature control, making it an excellent choice for smaller or more flexible setups​.
  • Sani-Touch Model 5: Ideal for smaller operations, this model processes up to 2,520 eggs per hour. It features chute loading, a collection table, and options for additional enhancements such as chemical feed pumps and mechanical scale graders​.

  • Sani-Touch Model 20 and 30: These models are perfect for high-volume operations, with the ability to process up to 10,800 eggs per hour. They come equipped with spool spinner candlers, heavy-duty brushes, and full case cross loaders, ensuring efficient and thorough egg cleaning and grading​.

All models, with the exemption of the Table Top, are able to include options. A few of those options are:

 

  • Cross Loader: A modular straight conveyor designed to feed the Spool Spinner at a 90 degree angle. It can be loaded by an existing conveyor or manually.
  • Spool Spinner: Situated before the washing section, the Spool Spinner, receives eggs from a conveyor and orients them in the correct position for candling, cleaning, and grading.
  • Digital Grader Table: Nestled after the drying section, the Grader utilizes a digital scale system to weigh each egg. Once the weight is captured, the egg travels to one of the six sorted locations.
  • Vac–Pack: Replacing the Grader Table, the Vac-Pack features five oscillating grids and a reject tray. The grids, gather the eggs and positions them points down. The eggs can them be picked with a vacuum lifter up to 30 eggs at a time.
