Delivery
Schedule
Delivery
of NPE products will be scheduled Monday through Friday (except
holidays) in accordance with UPS pickup schedules. In stock items
will be shipped with 24 business hours of order receipt. Non-stock
and/or back ordered parts and materials will be shipped when available.
Customers awaiting non-stock and backordered deliveries will be
notified via email when products are shipped. Delivery is contingent
upon our supplier’s ability to meet promised delivery dates.
Delivery
Method
All deliveries
will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Ground transportation
is the standard form of delivery service quoted and utilized. Express
service is available upon request.
Return
of Merchandise
Any claims
for shortages or defective materials must be made within 5 days
after delivery of the merchandise. Contact our business office to
obtain permission as well as a returned goods tracking number before
returning any NPE merchandise. Any item returned without an assigned
returned goods tracking number cannot be accepted for credit or
exchange. Restock fee may apply.
Goods
Damaged in Transit
Orders
are accepted subject to strikes, accidents and other causes beyond
our control. All
goods are shipped at buyer’s risk. All goods should
be carefully examined by the buyer before the transportation receipt
is signed. Any claim for damage to goods while in transit must be
directly to the transportation company/delivery service and not
to the shipper. NPE’s responsibility ceases when the goods
are delivered to or picked up by the transport/delivery provider.
