SANI-TOUCH Solutions

National Poultry Equipment Company proudly manufactures three Sani-Touch models for your egg processing needs.

  • Model 5-CSG will candle, sanitize and grade 1800 - 2520 eggs per hour.
  • Model 10-CSG will candle, sanitize and grade 3,600 - 5,400 eggs per hour.
  • Model 20-CSG will candle, sanitize and grade 7,200 - 8,640 eggs per hour.

 

PRODUCT FEATURES

  1. Fresh water system. No recycled water.
  2. Candles, sanitizes, and grades eggs in one step.
  3. Small enough to be used in the hen house or in a separate egg processing
    center for multiple house use.
  4. Two or three cleaning tanks customize the equipment to fit the need.
  5. Ideal for chicken, duck, goose, turkey, or pheasant eggs.
  6. Grader can monitor up to six flocks.
